Senior brand strategist
Pavlov is currently looking for an experienced multilingual (EN – FR – NL) senior brand strategist to join their growing team. This is a hybrid full-time position (self-employed or in continuous employment), with partial base in our Antwerp office and regular visits to clients all over Belgium.
Your challenge & responsibilities
- You provide ambitious clients – ranging from solid SMEs to enterprises – with strategic advice regarding brand positioning, brand culture and brand experience. At a moment of growth or transition, you are their guide towards turning their brand into their most valuable asset.
- You help build and manage a portfolio of key accounts, introducing Pavlov to business owners, C-level executives, and their teams; providing them with critical insights and assisting them in the implementation of strategies.
- You develop written reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders, wherein you detail your analysis and conclusions that have led to your strategic advice.
- You play a crucial part in the Pavlov core team. Together with your senior colleagues, you are shaping our vision regarding all things brand strategy and dedicate efforts towards our scale-up operation to further establish Pavlov as the leading niche consultant in our industry.
- You take on an evangelising and mentoring role, by creating relevant content and becoming a recognised thought leader in branding – both online and offline – and by inspiring clients and colleagues.
Your qualifications & competences
- You have a proven experience in (brand) strategy, either client side or agency side, and know how to build a sustainable relationship with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders.
- You are proactive in your approach and are easy to spot and act upon opportunities, both internally within Pavlov as externally for projects with clients.
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and French – both in spoken and written form.
- You have a strong affinity with branding, marketing, consumer psychology, business strategy, global trends or change management – ideally a combination of them.
- You are ambitious to grow and help others grow, working independently just as easily as in a small team of experts or in co-creation with our clients.
- You love being around people - whether it is presenting to clients, moderating a focus group or delivering a keynote speech at a conference.
- You are willing to expand your professional network with industry leaders, entrepreneurs and potential clients.
- You hold a valid driving licence B and are willing to travel to clients on a regular basis.
Your employment at Pavlov
- You are hired on a full-time basis (40 hours/week), either as a self-employed contractor or in continuous employment status. Remuneration and additional benefits are agreed upon based on your type of contract and experience.
- You will be provided with all the necessary tools and necessities to execute your job properly in terms of ICT and mobility – depending on your contract type (see above).
- You will be based in our Antwerp offices and work remotely several days a week in a flexible arrangement, depending on client meetings and the need for close collaboration with colleagues.
